Exercising Outdoors Burns More Calories

 

I know it sounds crazy, but it’s true. Doing the same exercises outside that you’d normally do in the gym amps up the total amount of calorie burn according to Women’s Health Magazine. The disparity between outdoor and indoor exercise has something to do with the variable factors outdoor conditions create such as wind resistance and uneven terrain.
