YogaToday is a great source for no cost yoga on the web. The beauty is that they feature a new hour long class everyday, so it’s a great way to vary your exercise routine. The videos are filmed outside, in scenic Jackson Hole, Wyoming. I find the views relaxing, a great addition to my morning yoga routine.

You don’t even have to sign up to watch one of the videos. Once you click on the Watch Classes link, a pop-up window will open. You will be able to select beginner or advanced classes depending on your level and experience. It’s nice that they have added the option to select from some past classes as well.

It’s a great way to start stretching and yoga is a great stress reducer. The beginner classes are perfect if you have never tried yoga before. Go ahead and give it a try today!
