Women’s national Health Week is May 10th – 16th and we are already celebrating with an IPOD Nano Contest, A IPOD SHUFFLE Contest, and now a very special contest celebrating Women National Health Week with Health is Beautiful on HealthVideo.com.
Health is Beautiful explores what it means to be Healthy with video sent in by woman from all over the world. 
Starting may 10th visit Health is Beautiful to watch the submissions and to learn more about an exclusive health poll and read the highlights from a new women’s mental health study. All new content is coming on Health is Beautiful May 10-16 for National Women’s Health Week. Health is Beautiful is sending us prizes to give away all during National Women’s Health week. We will be awarding a special water bottle or compact to 5 lucky winners each day chosen at random using random.org.

The 10th annual National Women’s Health Week will kick off on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2009 and will be celebrated until May 16, 2009. National Women’s Checkup Day will be Monday, May 11, 2009. The eight-week Woman Challenge, an online physical activity program, starts May 10, 2009.
