Healthy Fast Food Breakfast Options

Breakfast is probably the meal where most of us are on the go. Often, this leads to a stop at a fast food option close to our homes or offices. Luckily, many fast food locations are offering some tasty and healthy choices for the first meal of the day. Here are some of my favorites.

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
This one is so tasty that it’s almost like having dessert for breakfast. Only 2 grams of fat and 160 calories.

Jamba Juice
Blueberry Oatcake
I’ve been eating this one for years. A little higher on fat at 9 grams, but a healthy dose of protein and sweetened with agave nectar. Yum!

Cup of Perfect Oatmeal

For only 140 calories, or an additional 100 with nut and dried fruit, this is a wonderful whole grain option to start your day.

Dunkin Donuts
Egg White Veggie Flatbread Sandwich

This is another one of my favorites for both breakfast and lunch. It packs a great belly-filly dose of protein at 19 grams. With only 6 grams of fat and less than 300 calories, it’s a winner!
