I always apply a layer of SPF moisturizer under my makeup. I’m super pale (think Casper) and burn easily.

Wife and I go to the gym (which has AC) 4 or 5 days a week. Up at 5:30 and walk across the street to the gym for 6 training sessions. then cardio (also inside) in the afternoons. I walk to and from work – she would, but works from home. We live 500 yards from the ocean, but seldom swim – how sad is that!

Always bring water bottle with you. Consume lots of cold fresh fruit and juices. Always use sunscreen when exposed to the sun. Take a quick shower or a dip in a tub or a pool if you can’t take the heat anymore.

Exercise daily, including walking. Eat fresh fruit and veggies,drink plenty of water!
I like to cool off with watermelon by the pool
Definitely by using SPF everyday, wearing a hat, if it’s really hot staying in the AC, cooling off by swimming in the lake or quarry, drinking tons of water, eating cold foods like salad and fruit and by sometimes dumping a glass of water on my head LOL, but seriously, I’ve done it.
Lots of water first then fruits and veggies make healthy meal to keep body healthy
Remember for health: Tanning is out and sunscreen is in! Run thru the sprinkler with your kids to stay cool and feel really young again!
