* 3 Tbs coconut milk
* 1 banana
* 1 orange
You can even drink smoothies when trying to lose weight. Low Fat smoothies taste just as good as other smoothie recipes. Low-fat smoothie recipes have yummy ingredients like honey, blueberries and vanilla yogurt. These smoothies tend to be lighter and are often filled with a lot of protein. More protein means more energy for everyone. There are even breakfast smoothies that you can have on the side with your meal like the Crunchy Granola Smoothie:
* 1 cup 1% milk
* 1 banana
* 2 Tbs honey
* 3/4 cup granola
* 1/2 cup ice
